Digital signage
for every screen,
in every branch.
Show your menus, offers and notices on the TVs you already have, and change them all from one place. No USB sticks, no reprinting, no trips to each branch. Set a schedule once and the screens change over by themselves, even when the Wi-Fi drops.
No card needed. Most people have their first screen running in about five minutes.

- An email if a screen goes dark
VizzBox turns the screens in your shops, restaurants and offices into one network you run from your desk. Menus, offers, dashboards and alerts each play on their own schedule, and keep playing when the internet doesn't.
Wherever there's a screen, there's something to say
A café, a clothes shop and a clinic want very different things on their screens. They all get there with the same few pieces: a design, a schedule, and an alert for the day something urgent comes up.

Menu boards that change over on their own
Day-partingBreakfast in the morning, lunch at noon, the late menu after nine. Set the times once and every branch's boards change over by themselves. Nobody has to remember.
- Keep items and prices in a Google Sheet, and the menu board follows it
- Upload a PDF menu and each page becomes its own slide
- A ready-made café menu design to start from
From a blank TV to a live screen in four steps
No installer visit, no technician. If you can plug in a TV and type a six-character code, you can run a screen network.

Put the player on the screen
Install the VizzBox app on an Android TV, player box or tablet, or open vizzbox.com/screen in any browser. The screen shows a pairing page and waits.

Pair it with a code
Ask the portal for a code and type it on the screen. Each code pairs one screen and works for ten minutes.

Choose what it shows
Start from a ready-made design, or split the screen into zones and fill each one with pictures, videos, web pages, streams or widgets.

Schedule it and get on with your day
Pick what plays on which screen, on which days and at what times. Screens check for changes every minute, so your edits show up fast.
Everything your screens need to show, in one place
Upload files, add web pages and streams, drop in widgets. Arrange them in zones and let the schedule do the rest.
Zones and layouts
Use the whole screen, add a ticker along the bottom, a sidebar, an L-bar or a split, or draw your own. Each zone runs its own playlist at its own pace.
Day-parting
A different design for each part of the day or week (breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends), changed over on time every day without anyone touching it.
Plays almost anything
Files, web pages, streams and widgets, side by side on the same screen.

- QR codes
- Menu boards
- Scenes
Images in JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and SVG. Video in MP4 and WebM, timed from the file itself so a clip never cuts off halfway.
Emergency alerts
Put an urgent message on every screen, on some locations or on a single screen. It stays up until you clear it or its time runs out.
Ready-made designs
Pick a design that already works and make it yours: your logo, your photos, your prices.

A little movement goes a long way
Slow zooms, drifts, pops and shines on still pictures, plus transitions between them, so even a simple offer catches the eye.
Screen groups
Group screens by type or area and update a whole group at once.
Locations
Organise screens by branch and see how each one is doing at a glance.
Team roles
Owners, admins, managers and viewers. Your team can run the screens without going anywhere near billing.
Remote screenshots
See exactly what a screen is showing right now, from wherever you are.
Reload and restart
Refresh a player or restart the app from the portal, with no trip to the branch.
Preview first
Open any design or screen in your browser and check it before it goes live.
Proof of play
Every item played is logged. Download any date range as a spreadsheet, which is handy when an advertiser asks.
Saved streams
Save a live stream once and use it anywhere. If the link changes, fix it once and every screen follows.
Offline emails
An email when a screen goes dark — one per outage, not one every five minutes.
Six languages
Use the portal in English, Hindi, Spanish, Urdu, Arabic or Bangla, with Arabic and Urdu laid out right to left.
Every screen in every branch, on one page
See which screens are playing, which are offline and what each one is showing, and change it from wherever you are.
- 01
Live status
Every player checks in, so you know a screen is down before a customer tells you.
- 02
Change it once, it changes everywhere
Edit a design and every screen showing it picks up the change.
- 03
Look without going there
Grab a screenshot of any screen from the portal, or open a live preview.
- 04
A team, not a shared password
Invite colleagues with their own sign-in and the role that fits what they do.
A screen in a shop has a harder life than one in an office
Shop Wi-Fi drops. Someone unplugs the router to charge a phone. VizzBox players keep everything they need on the device and play straight through, then catch up the moment the network is back.
And if a screen really has gone dark, you hear it from us by email, not from a customer.
Plays from its own storage
Every file is downloaded and checked before it's shown.
Knows the moment it's back online
The player watches the device's own connection instead of waiting to retry a request that failed.
Skips what can't play offline
Live pages and streams wait for the connection; the weather keeps its last reading.
One email per outage
You hear when it goes down, not every five minutes until it's fixed.
Back on after a power cut
The Android player starts by itself when the device powers up and goes straight back to playing.
Catches up by itself
When the connection returns it fetches only what changed. Nobody has to restart anything.
Works with screens you can buy anywhere
No special box and no lock-in. VizzBox plays on Android devices and in any modern web browser, so the screens you already have are usually enough.
Android media players
A small player box or stick behind any TV with an HDMI port. Android 7 or later.
Android displays
Commercial displays and TVs with Android built in: install the app and pair. Android 7 or later.
Android tablets
On a wall or a counter. Good for small spaces, table-top menus and meeting room doors.
Any web browser
Open vizzbox.com/screen on a PC, a mini-PC or a smart TV's browser, and pair it the same way.
The Android player starts on power-up, keeps its content on the device and plays through network drops.
Download the player appSimple plans, and a free trial to start
Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. Every plan keeps playing when the internet drops.
Up to 3 screens and every feature, no card needed. When the trial ends your screens pause until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Questions people ask us
The things that come up on almost every first call. If yours isn't here, just ask.
01What is digital signage, in plain words?
It's a TV or display that shows your own content (menus, offers, notices, dashboards) which you change from a computer instead of printing new posters. VizzBox is the software that decides what each screen shows, and when.
02What hardware do I need?
Any Android device on Android 7 or later (a player box or stick, a tablet, or a display with Android built in), or any screen that can run a modern web browser full screen. If you'd rather not buy it yourself, we can supply it.
03Can I use the TV I already have?
Most likely. If it runs Android 7 or later, install the player on it. If not, plug a small Android player or a mini-PC into its HDMI port and use that.
04Why not just play a USB stick on the TV?
A USB stick is fine for one screen, until the menu changes. Then someone has to copy files and visit every screen, and nothing changes by the time of day. With VizzBox you change it once, the screens update on their own, and you can check from your desk that they're actually playing.
05What happens when the internet goes down?
The screen keeps playing what's stored on the device. Live web pages and streams are skipped until the connection is back, then the player catches up by itself. If a screen goes dark altogether, we email you.
06Can each branch show something different?
Yes. Put screens into locations and groups, then schedule a different design for each, or one design for all of them. A change to a shared design reaches every screen that shows it.
07How does pricing work?
Starter covers one screen. Business covers three, and you can add more screens at a fixed price each. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get two months free. In India you pay in rupees through Razorpay; everywhere else, in dollars through Stripe.
08Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You get every Business feature on up to three screens for 15 days. When the trial ends, your screens show a paused notice until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
09Can I show YouTube, live TV or cameras?
Yes. YouTube, HLS and DASH streams and RTSP cameras can play in any zone. Live streams come with the Business plan.
10How quickly do changes reach the screens?
Players check for changes every minute, so an edit is usually on screen within a minute or so. New files download in the background and only appear once they've fully arrived.
11Can several people manage the screens?
Yes. Invite your team with their own sign-in as an owner, admin, manager or viewer. Managers run the screens and content, admins can also manage the team, only the owner handles billing, and viewers can look without changing anything.
12Which languages does VizzBox speak?
The portal speaks English, Hindi, Spanish, Urdu, Arabic and Bangla, laid out right to left for Arabic and Urdu. What you put on your screens can be in any language at all.
13Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can cancel whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Enterprise customers can have an annual contract and invoices if they'd like.
